For beginners

This program is for you if you’re completely new to yoga. Over the course of 6 weeks you'll cover the basic building blocks of yoga. Detail-oriented and slow-paced. You may use props belts, blocks, and pillow-like bolsters to get into poses with correct alignment

For advanced

This advanced yoga class can be hard in many moments, so please listen to your body and only push yourself to a limit that you are comfortable with. If you incorporate this yoga workout practice we promise that you will begin to see incredible changes in your strength and stamina of the body.

Lazy yoga

Not a morning person? Me neither! So take it easy and roll out of bed and onto your mat. We’ll slowly ease into the day with some soft mobilisations which build up to enliven your nervous system to perk you up. We start slowly and gently .
